KLM Personal Contact Tool - E-channel



This tool was developed for KLM to assure that the user can easily find the contact info in any country and city, where KLM office is represented. Moreover, the user can see if there’s a e-booking available in the city he is searching for. The user can coose the needed point on the map or he can use a drop-down to choose a country and then – a city. DDM Studio also developed a Content Management System (CMS) for this tool, so that KLM employee could easily add a new contact, and edit existing ones.
