Art Director (web)

Providing proper and effective creative department operation. Leaing and managing the team of Web and Interactive Designers.

Responsibilities:
  • Create and develop flexible and adaptable concepts for multimedia presentations, online games and advertisements, interactive applications, promotional and corporate websites;
  • Control over the quality of the implemented work (detecting and correcting disadvantages, mistakes, imperfections and inaccuracies);
  • Provide project estimations, presentations and timely deliveries;
  • Build effective team-work and internal workflow;
  • Ensure the understanding of the established tasks for each team member;
  • Set and observe priorities, to optimize creative and routine processes.
Professional Skills:
  • Creative and visual thinking;
  • Knowledge of composition, colour theory and typography;
  • Attention to details;
  • Understanding of client’s needs;
  • Complex perception of the project;
  • Ability to meet deadlines;
  • Storyboarding, wireframing;

  • Adobe CS 3 family;

Flash Developer

The most successful candidate should meet the following requirements:
  • Experience of work with ActionScript (AS 2/3);
  • Flash Remoting;
  • Flash Video;
  • XML, HTML;
  • Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator;
  • Very good reading English skills.
Responsibilities:
  • Participate in production of websites, presentations, games, interactive banners, e-cards, tools and applications;
  • Changing and revision of already developed products;
  • Close cooperation with Project manager and QA.

Quality Assuarance engineer

Quality control of web products, testing products (programming part), proofreading.

The most successful candidate should meet the following requirements:
  • University degree;
  • Experience in web-products testing;
  • Knowledge of automatic baseline test environment;
  • Knowledge of (as minimum) one programming language;
  • Basic knowledge of data base theory, SQL-92;
  • Knowledge of HTLM/JavaScript as a plus;
  • English – intermediate level as a minimum.
